What We Offer

Personalized Home & Community Care (HCBS)

We offer tailored Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) to help individuals with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and mobility. Our goal is to provide the support needed for your loved one to continue living comfortably at home rather than moving into a care facility.

Companionship & Emotional Support

Loneliness can have a significant impact on well-being. Our companion services provide not only supervision but also meaningful engagement to enhance daily life. Whether it's sharing a conversation, assisting with daily activities, or accompanying your loved one to community events, we ensure they feel connected, valued, and supported.

Homemaker/Chore Services

We offer comprehensive services including cleaning, laundry, cooking, dusting, mopping, vacuuming and basic home maintenance to ensure your home is organized, sanitary and safe. We tailor our services to meet your unique needs and actively create a stress-free, well-maintained living environment for you to enjoy every day.

Other Services

Other services may be available upon request. If you have unique home care requirements, please contact us to discuss a personalized solution.

Who Can Access Our Services

To receive support through the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), individuals must have a diagnosed intellectual or developmental disability, confirmed through a functional assessment by your local Mental Health/Intellectual Disability (MH/ID) office. This means that cognitive abilities and daily functioning must be significantly impacted by this diagnosis.

If you or a loved one is living with a lifelong condition that affects learning or daily activities—such as Autism—we're here to help. Our dedicated team will guide you through the enrollment process with care and expertise, making sure you feel supported at every step. Navigating these services can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. Let us help you access the care and resources you deserve.

We're here to ensure you get the care and resources you need.
