Harrisburg Office Manager
Job Description
As a healthcare manager, you’ll handle the overall business management of A+ Home Care- Harrisburg Area Branch. You will work closely with the executive manager to hire and supervise staff, maintain records, order supplies and implement policies and procedures. You will also assist in completing the initial intake of new participants and direct care workers and work to help grow the business in the Harrisburg area.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2 years experience in the Home Health Care Industry
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Interpersonal skills are important when being able to deal with different personalities
- Effective and professional communication skills are important
- Demonstrates the ability to utilize a wide range of appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities to achieve desired outcomes within the scope of the job responsibilities.
